All procedures are tested in accordance with their individual specifications (salt spray, hydrogen embrittlement tests, thickness, coating weights, etc.)

Our facility has a new automated anodizing line, computer controlled for better accuracy in thickness and color. We also use an automated sandblasting cabinet for a more uniformly blasted surface. In addition, we use manual sandblast cabinets for the more difficult and larger pieces.

PC of Titusville specializes in the coating of firearms for government and commercial use, such as the M-16, AR-15 & SR-25 rifles, grenade launchers, machine guns, missile parts and their accessories. We also refinish guns, which would be stripped to the bare metal, and re-finished to original specifications, and have a federal firearms license to accomodate your lower receivers.
